Experience the power of the Midwest’s storm magnet. Iowa is the birthplace of the term "derecho" and is famous for high-precipitation supercells and intense, "bow-echo" wind storms. This single-day pass puts you in the passenger seat of a chase vehicle for an intensive 6–12 hour intercept mission.

What to Expect: Your Intercept Mission
The Mission Timeline
The Activation Call: 24–48 hours before the event, you receive an alert. You’ll be given a "Base City" (e.g., Norman, OK or Bloomington, IL) and a meetup time (usually between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM).
The Morning Briefing: Over coffee and breakfast, we review the day's forecast/targets. Chase related safety will be briefed as well.
The Approach: We spend the midday hours positioning. This is your time to ask questions about meteorology, gear, and strategy.
The Intercept: Once storms fire, we move into tactical mode. We prioritize high-visibility positioning, staying out of the "bear’s cage" (the dangerous rain-wrapped core) to ensure you get the best possible photos without getting too "risky".
